How to Set Up JivoChat
Follow these steps to get live chat working on your website.

    Create a JivoChat account

    Go to jivochat.com and sign up for a free account.

    Add a new channel

    In the JivoChat dashboard, go to Manage → Channels and click 'Add Channel'. Select 'Website' as the channel type.

    Copy your Widget ID

    After creating the channel, you'll see an installation code. Your Widget ID is the alphanumeric code that appears after 'widget_id=' in the script tag (e.g. BmXxxxxxxxxx).

    Paste the Widget ID above

    Enter your Widget ID in the field above, enable live chat, and click Save Settings.

    Install the JivoChat mobile app

    Download the JivoChat app on your phone (iOS or Android) to receive and respond to chat messages from anywhere.
